General sales conditions
These general sale conditions apply to all sales made at www.htdwatchinstruments.com. Any order of a product appearing on the online store requires prior acceptance of these terms and conditions. This site is normally accessible at all times to users. Interruption due to technical maintenance can however be decided by www.htdwatchinstruments.com who then attempt to communicate the date and time of the operation beforehand. www.htdwatchinstruments.com is owned by HTD WATCHES SRLS. Similarly, the legal notice may be modified at any time: however, the user is encouraged to refer to it as often as possible in order to be informed.
Products
Our products are guaranteed new. Product availability is indicated on the product page. However, you will be notified if products are temporarily or permanently unavailable. The pictures seen on the website are as accurate as possible, but those are intended to present the product. Products shown may differ from real products.
Confidentiality and freedoms
HTD WATCHES SRLS do not sell or share personal information of its customers to third parties. HTD WATCHES treats all information provided confidentially. The information provided by the customer, is required in order to monitor the quality of said customer's orders and experience. At any time, each visitor has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data about him/herself. To exercise this right, you can simply send an email to our staff at info@htdwatchinstruments.com, or write us through the contact section.
Responsibility
In case of non-performance of contract due to extraordinary circumstances (such as fire, floods, strikes etc.) HTD WATCHES SRLS disclaim all responsibility for sale's interruption. Similarly, HTD WATCHES SRLS cannot be held responsible for liabilities arising from data loss, hacking, viruses, or other unforeseen problems.
The contract can be terminated by HTD in the event that the use of the brand and the products by clients, users, resellers, etc. could in any way harm the image of the brand, products or creations, or be deemed as non-compliant by HTD. Among other things, defamation, speculation and illegal behaviour are to be considered harmful in themselves and must not be brought into association with the brand.
These and other image-damaging behaviours may be prosecuted legally and extrajudicially.
Intellectual property
HTD WATCHES is covered by copyright and our domain name is protected. Every element of the HTD Watches site whether visual, photographic or audio (including the underlying technology) is protected by copyright, trademark or patent.
Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros. The price indicated in your shopping cart after your address has been validated, invoice, and customer space is the total price, including all taxes if you are eligible. It includes the price of products, handling, packaging and transportation costs inside Europe, unless otherwise stated; if you live outside Europe, managing, VAT and shipping costs could and will be added. HTD WATCHES SRLS reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Please note that HTD WATCHES SRLS isn't responsible to pay duties and taxes at the import of the watch, which could be charged to the buyer by the local autorities.
Warranty
You have 2 year after receiving the package to write us if there are any manufacturing defects. This does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. HTD WATCHES SRLS reserves the right to determine if the product is covered under warranty program. Please write us to know how to proceed. Refer to “Contact” page.
Returns policy or exchanges
The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange.
Before any return for refund or exchange, the customer must contact HTD Watches (info@htdwatchinstruments.com). The goods must be returned by the customer at its own expenses to HTD Watches no later than fourteen days after having informed HTD Watches about his/her decision to withdraw.
All returned items must be received in their new unused condition, complete and in their original packaging.
The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer at the receipt of the goods by HTD Watches. The amount for shipping, handling and fees from merchants (Paypal, Stripe, etc.) will be deducted from the refund following the return of the order.
In case of a return for exchange, the new product will be sent at the receipt of the returned item.
Damaged, incomplete, or dirtied articles turned over by the customer won’t be taken back (as far as they could not be sold again) and consequently will not be refunded nor exchanged.
Control and secure payment
In making a purchase the customer accepts these terms of sale. Customers interested in any article on www.htdwatchinstruments.com must respect the following steps to place an order: after checking the details of the order (e.g colour, quantity, product, price, etc.) clicking on the icon “add to cart” the selected item will be put in the cart with the chosen configuration. When the customer goes to the cart he/she can check out by submitting all the data requested and click on the "proceed" button to go on and choose the payment method. Doing this, you will land on a page confirming or denying success of the operation. At this point, the order will be processed and you'll get an email with the confirmation of the purchase. Any order confirmed by the consumer constitutes an irrevocable acceptance by the customer to the merchant (Act of 13 March 2000 on the electronic signature) and cannot be challenged. The customer will pay by Stripe, Paypal or other available merchant. After confirming the payment, the client approves definitively and irrevocably his order.
Delivery
Our parcels are shipped from Italy by courier (actual service may vary depending on the country of destination). By ordering one or more of our products, you accept that delivery may take place in the following weeks and months, as some products are in the production phase and, consequently, a discounted price is paid for the time being.
For each item that is sold on order, the expected delivery period is indicated, however, variations may occur due to production delays, which cannot be attributed to HTD. For each item HTD will take care to ship it in the shortest possible time and inform the client of any variations.
